Private Sessions

Taking ownership for our movement journey can be overwhelming. Everyone’s body is different, and all our history is unique but getting to grips with the basics and exploring the fundamentals is a great place to start. 1 to 1 private sessions are available, both in person and online.

Class Membership

Group classes are a great way to practice on a regular basis with like-minded people.

Movement Hut

An online movement toolbox of guided practice that you visit and develop at home.
Offering a combination of Movement Pilates sessions as well as more targeted videos dealing with more specific areas to help with nagging issues and niggles.

Over the past 14 years I have attended professional training in hands-on bodywork including assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of minor and chronic musculoskeletal pain and injury; Pilates matwork, reformer & studio; Movement Therapy and Alignment including foot health & gait analysis to help guide people in pain & discomfort.

In learning these varied and different approaches there are fundamental elements that are consistent across all disciplines. Guiding people in pain & discomfort to take ownership of their own body helps you understand how and where you move and enables you to gain a better understanding of aches, pains, and sensations.
